  • Will I receive a guarantee?

    Yes. Labour is guaranteed for 10 years and the coating material for 15 years, subject to conditions. The full terms are in a downloadable PDF on the site.

  • Can I have an obligation-free quote?

    Yes. Estimators visit the property Monday to Saturday to provide quotes at no cost.

  • Do I need to be at home for my roof to be inspected?

    Yes. Estimators need to walk on the roof, and they prefer the owner to be present. They may also check inside the home for ceiling stains or leaks.

  • Do I need to use a registered painter?

    Yes. The company recommends using professionals registered with the Painters Registration Board, and it lists its own registration number on the page.

  • What payment options are available?

  • How do I remove my solar hot water system?
